I had my appointment planned a month ahead. This day I had an engagement party of my friend. Salon called me 20 minutes before my appointment and said they are cancelling on me! I said that today I am having an important day and I need to do my hair as it was planned one month ago but they say sorry and they can do nothing. Very unprofessional. I will not come to this place again for sure. I could not make any booking to another place as well at this day as everything was booked.
