always good with price and not pushy salespeople either, they spoke to me in plain english and took the time to explain how the product I wanted would work and the difference between various models and brands.

Joel & Dennis are just what you expect when you walk in to a surf shop, they both surf so they know their stuff when it comes to Surf hard wear and there are always bargains on the discount rack out the front.
Also the only surf shop that stocks Summer Breeze Surf Wax in Newcastle which I have used for years and is the best surf wax on the market hands down, makes Palmers and Farking wax feel like vaseline in comparison. It's the most sticky wax available in my opinion.

Had [removed name] from Dryology come and quote on cleaning our loungeroom and rug after my daughter vomited on it, while he was there my husband enquired about the cost of getting our lounge cleaned. it was expensive to do and he said we will think about it. Turned up to do the carpet with an extra crew all prepared to clean the lounge and when told no we did not want the lounge done was very upset and said that he had knocked back over $300 of work to allocate time to do our lounge which we never agreed to getting done in the first place. Charged us $250.00 for the room, rug and time allowed for the extra work crew showing up. Original quote was around $210.00 for the rug and lounge room carpet.
Not very happy that because of his misunderstanding on what we wanted done we were penalised. Not a good business operator and we will not be using them again.
