Dr Doan was lovely - she listened and explained everything. The receptionist was also very polite and friendly. It was my first time here, and all the other patients seemed happy as they went in and out which is always a good sign!

There was a little wait, but nothing too long.

Short waiting times, suitable for getting prescriptions. I would not recommend them for anything else at all. I made an appointment with a female GP there, needing a pap smear. She refused saying "I don't do them" and gave no further explanation. I made another appointment there (silly me) to see another female GP for the same the. This one got upset part way through, refused to tell me why and referred me to a specialist. It's my bloody cervix, so you'd think I had a right to know!! Also, there is a nurse there who badly needs to use deodorant - the waiting room smells horrible when she walks through there on a hot day.

I went on a lovely holiday, came home, slept solidly and woke up in so much pain in my back I could barely move. I spent weeks trying to stretch it out, using heat packs, Voltaren and finally codeine. It just kept getting worse. I couldn't sit without tear inducing pain and stiffness and sleep was impossible some nights. I'd never had a massage as I'm not exactly comfortable with strangers putting their hands all over me. I have fibromyalgia, so being touched firmly hurts.

I went to these guys as a last resort. They were so friendly and the massage room was so comforting that I forgot to be uncomfortable. They asked a lot of questions so that they could work out what I needed.

Then the lady who massaged me fixed my back. In half an hour. I know I got *really* lucky and that most injuries would take more than that to remedy, but it was amazing. I could sit without pain and most of my flexibility came back straight away. In the next few days, it just got better and now, aside from the occasional twinge which I now can stretch out, I'm fine.

Next time I hurt a muscle, I won't wait so long before I go to these guys again.

The service here is average - not memorably great, but not bad either. The prices are what makes this place amazing. It's the only place I can afford to buy brand name clothing and underwear. The discounts are phenomenal!!

The food is a tad generic, but still nice. The coffee is lovely. And the service is great. It's an expected nice place to relax for a bit before or after shopping.
