Big shout out to Taz, such an awesome PT and an amazing person �. I recently decided to do something for me for a change and signed up for a 4 week challenge with Taz. I was nervous as I am far from a ball of fitness, but from the first meeting I knew I would love working with Taz. Training wasn't always easy but the results said it all. Thanks Taz, your fun, bubbly personality and support was the best!!
