Appalling customer service. My husband was there to choose a bunch of flowers on my behalf but was told he was taking too long to choose and that he "should've been better organised" despite there still being 45 minutes until the advertised closing time of 5:30pm. Completely fine and more than happy we didn't hand over any money, he went somewhere else and got a lovely bunch made by someone who was happy to help him.
Will certainly never return, nor recommend.
It's easy to provide a product, but customer service makes the difference.
