Unfortunately, not a good experience. Placed an order, after 3 weeks requested status of order, no response. A further 5 emails sent, still no response, it was only after raising a dispute through paypal that I received a response from the merchant. Was advised that response emails to my request for order status 'would not go through'. Item arrived after a week and a half of raising dispute, not really happy with the item given the $107 that was paid. Small in size, thin, lightweight timber chopping board, the image produced is very inconsistent. Very disappointed, would not recommend, sorry
