I purchased a Scan Gauge from Ray, but unfortunately it didn't read the item I was after.
After contacting Scan Gauge Australia, who were less than helpful. I was about to send it back, but Ray said he would contact the people in USA.
After a couple of emails and data loggers sent free of charge from USA to me in Australia, the issue was resolved.
Ray went above and beyond to resolve problem on my behalf.
It is extremely rare nowadays to find people who still believe in customer service.
Well done Ray in Australia and Joey in the USA, cannot recommend you highly enough.
