The first time I went there and got my car serviced he called it a shit box and I'm sure we all no Captiva are not a great car but you don't say that loud to customers but I gave him the option to explain and he said he didn't say it about our car but he was underneath it asking his employee for help with it so I'm pretty sure he was but I went back again to give it a go again so Booked my car in told I'm my situation of only having one car before I booked it and how I had to work arvo so he booked it for 10 am I took my kids to the play centre while it was getting done told me 2 hrs for a gearbox service I went back with my kids 2 and a bit hours later and it had not even been started so I just left and went somewhere else and got it serviced and it took them 45 mins.
