Had sewerage work done, which didn’t fix the problem. Plumber then didn’t arrive when booked on two occasions. When they did come (third time) informed it was a different problem, but I would need to pay for the new work on top of the old work. Told customer service would call me to try to settle this dispute, but they did not call.
