Have been seeing Jo and Gary for a fair while with regards to on going back problems. Both are amazing and work seamlessly as a team to ensure I am able to keep kicking goals on my journey back to a place where I can exercise pain free.
They have a great setup with all new equipment and a good amount or space to workout.
