I don't recommend this company, and the following is the reason for my
review. There was a lapse where communication from the company. I did
indeed attempt to remedy the situation, with nil resolve. there was also
evidence they trespassed after not communicating their intention to
communicate or enter the premises at all. Now company are still not
communicating, and are ensuring that nil bond is returned. I am left
dealing with department of commerce bond administration, due to being
instructed to sign a document, or forfeit bond, with nil agreement on any
quoted expenses. Subsequently this left the tenant with no solutions to
the matter, due to poor communication. I feel there were some questionable
business practices also, due the company not communicating with tenants,
and on one particular occasion, an individual from the company attended the property and
demanded entry as a result of an email i sent them to inquire if they had
received my emails as there was nil correspondence from this individual or
the representatives.
