My experience has been wonderful. I went to lose extra kilos before my 40th birthday i was so happy i lost 15cm in 10 sessions and a full jeans size before my day. Mel is so supportive and caring.I feel so much healthier and more toned .Elyse is so warm and friendly.I would highly recommend the centre
