We came across Goodworks Projects and the owner of this professional business Mr Ringo Chan, as we had to engage a new builder for a project that was abandoned by our previous builder.
Having been placed in a difficult situation especially when you have timelines and obligations that need to be met, Our company required a builder who could resume the work of an abandon project that required a high level of expertise to build and install all cabinetry and store fixtures.

Not only was there the fit out required, the scope of works had to be completed within a tight timeframe and upon meeting Ringo and outlining what work we required, it was clear to me from the onset of meeting Ringo, nothing was an issue for Ringo and when he went over the plans and explained to our team how he would complete the work, Ringo took an consultative approach in handling our project throughout the build, whilst also providing at all times full explanations of how he was going to carry out works along with the allotted timeframes he had to work within.

The quality of work delivered by Ringo and his team is of a high standard, you know exactly what you are going to get and he works within your budget and Ringo does deliver what he promises and he was at all times happy to assist even if there are some minor additional changes that came up unexpectedly that needed to be incorporated into our project which he handled and assisted as required.
