Simon and James and the whole Finance for Living team were incredible. We had really tight timelines to get approval and had a bit of a complicated situation. But they were on top of everything - they pulled out all the stops to make sure everything came through on time. James was wonderful - he explained everything, kept us updated, was patient with all our questions and anxiousness (we were nervy first home buyers). I really can't recommend them highly enough!
