I needed baby clothes and the assistant I asked clearly steered me in the right direction, and also showed me where a special sale rack was too. The range on offer was OK, but the prices were very competitive compared to other baby clothes retailers. Not used to getting service in a department store...what a nice change

The girl at the counter was very patient taking our order while my baby was screaming her head off (for no apparent reason). She politely suggested the tables down the back where it was a little quieter to help the baby settle - she did not make us feel uncomfortable at all. The coffee and cake was promptly served and the quality was great as always.

We needed a watch and we had to do 2 laps around the entire counter before the staff member acknowledged us as she was busy talking to another staff member. When she approached us we felt as though we were putting her out -she was not at all genuine, and assumed we only wanted to look at the cheap watches . We took our business elsewhere as another store in the centre had the same item for sale too.

Needed a specific colour and style of watch, and the lady showed us lots of different options and kept asking questions to check she was meeting our needs with what she was showing us. Very helpful and professional and we are delighted with our purchase

waited 5 minutes at drive through to get served, staff member got our order wrong as she was too busy talking to another colleague, chips were upside down in bag,and burger salad was more off the burger than in it
