I purchased Luxaflex roller blinds via Sola Shade and am very happy with my purchase but cannot say the same for the service that I received from Sola Shade. The initial contact with them was positive though slightly less professional than other suppliers approached and once the product was delayed their true service colours came to the fore. Lack of communication is my biggest complaint and when I did receive communication it bordered on being rude. I would not recommend Sola Shade.
