So happy to have found this restaurant. Friendly service, delicious, flavorsome food, happy staff, great value. Dinner for 5 with drinks (soft drink/one cocktail) was $100. Highly recommend. Have been to the Thai you pass on the way to this one (Chang Mia Thai)..this one is my favourite.

Family of four waiting at entry to be seated. Staff rushing around, not acknowledged, not seated. Waited 8-10 minutes then left. Went back a second time, we were seated, given menus, then never saw a staff member again. Waited about 20 minutes then left.

I have been going here for two years now. Initially I was very impressed, great price for a foil/cut/blow dry package. Fun concept salon, you sit at a bar, big screen TVs have music/film clips playing. Convenient location, right next to BigW in Robina Town Centre. They also have a loyalty program so that every 6th visit gets you $50 off.

However, the longer I have been going here the more disappointed I have become. The turnover of staff is terrible. I think the longest I've had the same hairdresser is three visits. Every visit for the last year or more I've left thinking, "Well, they didn't get it quite right, next time I'll ask for this...." Also, the price seemed to be just a little bit more each time I went, despite getting the exact same thing done and even when my hair went from long to shoulder length.

For me, it's time to find a new salon.

The GPs here are lovely. The reception staff are rather crotchety (although they do seem to treat their elderly patients more kindly). My only gripe is the cost. Price will vary depending on which doctor you see. No bulk billing. So we saw the doctor one day and paid $77, went for x-rays, came back the next day and were charged $77 again. ( My former GP in Sydney would bulk bill any follow up consultation within 7 days). So, while the doctors are great, we tend to weigh up how urgently we need to go as it can be expensive.

Delicious Brazilian churrascaria, set price $39 per head, children over 6 half price, under 6 free. All you can eat, great variety of meats including seafood on a never ending round of diners tables. Very tasty, very fresh. Friendly staff, good service. Highly recommend. Caipirinhas are fantastic, too!

Great because no appointment needed. Very quick, clean and efficient with a loyalty card which is an added bonus.

Small, tasteful, intimate salon. Beautiful range of treatments with high quality products and a friendly, personable staff. They also have laser, massage and visiting cosmetic nurse.

Elegant, quiet, spacious with minimalist-decor salon. Very talented hairdressers. I see Rosa who is the best hairdresser I've ever been to (and I've had my hair done all over Sydney, as well as interstate and overseas) Her foils are done with utmost precision as is her cutting. She is modern, edgy and totally gets what you want when you describe what you're there for. I travel from near Liverpool to Haberfield to have her do my hair and it's absolutely worth it. It's always a relaxing "me time" experience spending a few hours in this salon and I walk out looking and feeling a million dollars.
