Charles has just cleaned our light colour pure wool carpets which have, admittedly, seen better days.
I was impressed by Charles' knowledge of cleaning solutions and most importantly; what not to use! Charles installed corner protectors to ensure walls were not damaged by hose lines. All equipment and accessories brought into the house were clean (no soiled boots or oily rags). Suction equipment and waste water are housed in his truck, so you won't have someone trudging dirty equipment through your home. An excellent, thorough job on our carpets which dried quickly and evenly. Charles was a pleasure to have in the house, I'm pleased with the results, and if the other team members are as thorough as Charles with their specialty I will definitely be using Housekeeping WA for all future home detailing.
