The staff were extremely polite, understanding and patient despite access issues that we accidentally neglected to mention. They arrived on time and managed to complete the job before the destination site closed despite the significant delays caused by the access issues at the collection site. Furniture and sensitive electronic equipment was handled with care and the staff were very respectful of the sites at both ends, cleaning and tidying after themselves as they went.
