Hi, we had to replace our R/C ducted air con and AAPL were selected for the Job. Nick reviewed our system and was very experienced in providing advice on what unit to install, promptly provided a quote and booked the install date. His technicians Troy and Decklin were very friendly, clean and thorough in the removal of the old unit and the install of the new one. Troy explained clearly what he was doing and answered any questions I had. The electrician Keith was also very experienced, and he and his apprentice were friendly and thorough. AAPL did a very professional job, and I would happily recommend them to anyone needing air conditioning. Nick has a great team of technicians, and the company customer service is 5 stars.
