I would advise against anyone looking to hire Local Home Improvement services.

In the first instance Len came across well and we awarded his business the project. A large deposit was requested to lock in the job as well as enabling Len and his team to put in the order for materials. Material’s for the job where never ordered and the commencement date for the job was continually pushed back.

Phone calls were not returned by Len or his accountant after asking for a refund we were advised by Len that the money we had given as a deposit was “long gone spent” as such we are still waiting for a refund eight months later.

We are a young family and the process has financially impacted us. We write this review in hope that it helps defer other innocent people being taken advantage of.
