we have taken our dog spike there for about a year now, and whilst the receptionist is rude and not very friendly we found the vet to be lovely kind and caring and willing to give us advise when we asked, they even rang and checked on spike after his operation, i also found them to be the cheapest when it came to sterilization and mircochipping.

Friendly staff, easy to cook meals, everytime you spend $18 you get a stamp then after the 5th time you get $6 of free productand love how the store is clean which matters alot when it comes to chicken

Great selection of meat, fruit and veg and now has a bakery too, friendly staff and great prices. open 7 days a week which is an added bonus only hassle is parking purely because is so busy

i enjoy going to surge love the layout of the gym and especially love the yoga class, i wasn't really into it before, but find it really relaxing and find all the staff to be helpful and friendly. The creche is excellent too, though it would be nice if it was a bit cheaper when you have 2 kids going in

Went into the store to buy a memory card but i only wanted a 1gb on, the sales person was putting some stock on the shelf she looked at me standing at the counter and continued putting the last few products on the shelf then asked me what i wanted i asked her and her response was we dont sell that size i said those others are too big for a digital photo frame and she shrugged her sholders and left the counter before i had left and with no parting comment.

The staff do there best to help you out, all though it does take awhile to find what you need, it would good if they had the playground supervised for the children cause it can be frustrating to concentrate on what you are buying when the kids with you
