Pretty good store. Its always hard to pin someone down at these retail places, but once you do they at least have a clue about what's happening and what's goin on with products

Went to purchase a lounge suite, sales advisor confirmed there was stock by phoning the warehouse. Paid with no issues and reserved all the items for delivery. Purchase date was the 20th May with delivery the next Thursday. Thursday came and gone, no delivery no phone call. Phoned the next Monday where we are being told that the couch is being sent from Sydney and will arrive on Saturday. Saturday came and gone. Got a phone, essage from HN stating that it may be delovered sometime after the 15 June, but they do not know. Escalated to management who committed to chase up and resolve, will call me back the same day, still waiting. 10th June went into store and soke to management directly, who once again committed to get back to me by no later than Monday morning, I am still waiting. I have family siting on the floor now for 4 weeks, with no compensation from HN. There is no service, they just wanted to close the sale. I would have expected at the minimum a $500 store credit for the inconvenience. Very disappointed.

I buy most of my electronics from here, they are always willing to haggle with you on price and whether you buy something or not, you leave in a good mood. great range of stock - could be more games for a larger audience - but that is being very picky

There is a good range of products but at time the staff can be unhelpful and more interested at selling you anything rather than helping you find what you actually need. The prices are quite inflated on alot of products and you really need to fight or take a competitors catalogue in and get them to price match.

Very helpful, fast and efficient. New what i wanted and they were all to happy to serve me. I work away and they delivered what i purchased on time. Could not be happier

I do find they have alot of products on the floor but there prices on certain items are quite expensive compared to other shops.

I went in to purchase a mobile phone and after waiting for 5 mins the sales person asked me if i needed help the item i wanted was a demo which was not clearly marked after she had told me that i was not offered any other options and as i left to look at other she started talking to another staff member

The tech bay guys were awesome, I know a little and they spent ages showing me a lot. very patient and not belittling like a lot of IT geeks. Thanks very much to the tech bay manager who explained how to do a lot of the work that would have cost big big $$$.

A very good experience with Harvey Norman's Audio-Visual Staff. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products and they can advise you the right solutions to suit your theater set up. The salesperson that served myself was very kind and work out a good deal.

The sales people in the computer and camera department of the store are extremely helpful and friendly. The know what they are talking about. Buying a camera from here was easy, the lady that served me knew alot about cameras and gave me a good deal on the price.
