I booked a 2nd appointment for laser toning on a Wednesday afternoon. Prior to the appointment I had not been told that on Wednesday’s trainees would be practising on clients. It was only after my appointment they had informed me as I began to question the clinic on why the left side of my face was left with a large amount of red bleeding scars. I phoned the clinic and they informed me that all the scars would leave in 4 day yet it has been 5 days and still there are scars on my face. The clinic continued to reassure me that I was ‘fine’ even though I myself did not feel fine. Rather than seeking information on how I was feeling they neglected the issue and just stated that my face would be fine in 4 days time, however the scaring is still there.
