The busy doctors are generally)y excellent but my experience with the receptionists is poor. On two occasions urgent email messages intended for a doctor have not been passed on nor apparently sent to their inbox.
On another occasion, because of my speech impairment, the receptionist hung up on me. They are busy! But i find that banks are more patient and understanding.
