This was our fist year with Michael. His knowledge and understanding of the system was first rate; he was able to maximise our returns far better than the well-known agencies we have used in the past. He is friendly, personable and efficient. He is well versed in all the policy and entitlements for members of Defence, and other government agencies and departments. He is a Canberra local, who knows the area well, and has established a reputable business. We will be back to see Michael, without doubt.
