After a change of some of the counter staff, I'm happy to say the service has gotten better.

When i went in they had the games i wanted to purchase, thry also told me where u could find a few of the games that they did not have instock, very helpful

I went into this ebgames just to see if any sales were on which would catch my eye, i ended up enquiring to a staff member if there was anything on sale that was of good value, he ended up recommending so pretty decent games on sale, great and friendly staff, would highly recommend this eb games store!

I came in to buy a laptop and was totally confused as to which one I needed. Was greeted by Cam and he made the decision so much easier. His knowledge, patience and customer service was fantastic. Highly recommend him :)

I love taking my children there, timezone is a place i let my kids loose and enjoy playing with them on all the arcades. the prices are reasonable we always have a great experience when we go there

Jb hifi is a great place to shop for games and dvd's as they are normaly the cheapest. the staff in the game section and friendly and offer advice about the games, such as how they play.

As a family we have purchased over 7 of these music devices now, they are amazing. You can put them on different surfaces and the sound vibrates through them, they are such good presents. They come in different colours and produce great music plus they look funky. I would highly recommend one for anyone who likes music as it's that much differen...

I went into eb games to get a copy of diablo 3 they didnt have one available but the store manager conntacted another store took down my details and told me he would call me when it came in, he called me the next day to tell me it had arrived and gave me a discount as i had to wait for it.
