I asked for assistance , advice and tips through 3 seperate messages only to get one response, the response was whinging about the guy complaining he was overworked and sick of spoon feeding lazy customers ? He was going to answer my questions the following day. One week later still no response . Is this customer service ??? Still haven’t received any tips or advice 10 days later despite several complaints . Once they got paid they don’t give a dame about customers service . I will be looking for a different supplier. I would suggest getting advice and tips on how to use the products before you pay them . Messages prior to payment were answered promptly .
