Started well but came to a Halt after 2 weeks due to tradesman doing the installation wrong. Tap piped back to front. Mixer damaged by grinder. A 2.5 week job ended up 8 weeks. Head office staff were great but the trades persons had a lot to be desired mostly the plumbers. The job wasn't finished to plan. Good company but poor tradesman. Problems very fixed but left 4 drill holes visible in new tiling wall. Shower was meant to be 820 but ended up 760. More then enough tiles were purchased as per contract but one wall was left out. Needed another box of tiles. Batch had run out so tiles purchased look to white. Had to run around with sample of original tile trying to get a match got as close as possible.
