At the outset, they could not assist with my requirements (I have a leaking roof & it's tile related not guttering).

1) Professional & courteous. I was kept informed of what time I could expect someone to attend to quote and they were right on time.

2) They advised it would not be cost effective for them to do the work (honesty over just doing a small job and charging their minimum fee).

3) Friendly at every step of the involvement of my enquiry.

I would happily engage their services for guttering work in the future, based on the three points above.
