I bought a pair of blue Indian Ringnecks, (they were young and you could not tell if they were Cocks or Hens) but I was told they had been medically sexed) after I paid for them I asked for the papers and was told they could not find them but they would post them when they found them ( I know I should have asked for my money back right then and there) Long story short after a big effort to get them I never did and when they did mature they were both males.
