I went into Robina store this morning and was served by Hannah, I later found out she was helping out for the day from another store. I would like her to be recognized for her caring attitude n excellent customer service ... I initially walked in to try to find my granddaughter some shoes, she welcomed me as I walked in and asked if anything she could help me with. I told her what i was looking for and she took me to the right section, showing me th styles after finding out what size I needed for her. She also let me know about th second pair bing half price. I chose two pairs however the second pair only had one shoe in the box.. she went to find the pair for me. I realized I had lost my bank card and she immediately advised me to lock the card on my app on my phone. She looked around where I had been looking at shoes too. She as awesome n genuinely cared and also it showed she loves her job.. what a great young lady to have represent your company. I did get a coffee outside the shop and checked all of my bags finding th card, called out to let her know and she was so happy thanking m for letting her know and said you can now remove th lock on your banking app. What an awesome xperience today with Hannah going over and above her role. I hope she is recognized for this, thanks Hannah
