Great coffee and nice that they do table service - something lacking in cafes at the moment. Perfect for business meetings.

Jasbelle's is a new restaurant in Addison Street, Shellharbour Village which has added something a bit different to the region. The owner Robert has always been involved with family restaurants but this is his first time setting up with his wife Haidee. Instead of the usual Chinese fare they decided to bring fusion to Wollongong. Fusion cooking is a blend of different cultural styles to create new menu ideas. Robert has combined his Chinese heritage with his experiences of growing up in Australia to create this new cuisine. He has developed dishes like Fusion Barramundi served with spiced salted potato and sweet potato or the Fusion Sizzling Steak served on a hot plate with seasonal vegetables and a creamy basil garlic sauce. On Wednesdays they have Steak night which gives you a complimentary beer with the steak and accompaniments all for $25! Read the rest of this blog at http://bit.ly/mdI5nr

This cafe is not at all hidden, but is a little caught up in all the industrial shops in Flinders Street North Wollongong It is next to Corban Automotives and across the road from Jasmine Rice II. It is one of those gems which helps made Wollongong so special with its unique foods and friendly service from the owners. The cafe is owned by partners Anki from Sweden and Wouther from South Africa which is where the interesting combination of cuisines comes from. The South African food is meaty and substantial, with the Nordic food being lighter with a seafood influence. Read the rest of this blog at http://bit.ly/ighguf

This review is for Ka~fe, North Wollongong NSW

Ka-fe in Montague Street North Wollongong reminds me of something from Europe. A cafe that has a focus on great coffee. It is a little hard to find as it is actually part of the Delano coffee company so the signage is a little misleading. All the coffee is roasted on site which means as you enter you are hit with the most incredible aroma of fresh coffee. If that is not enough to entice you to buy a large cup I am sure that the friendly service would have you ordering in no time. Read the rest of this review http://bit.ly/gdCPMg
