Bought Bosnite 3pc Hardcase Luggage set - used 2 times only - 10 day cruise and 6 days interstate trip - Zip broke - STITCHING BROKE when luggage with clothes was lifted. Claimed a refund or exchange - REFUSED By Bargains Online - apparently Zip or Zipper is not covered??? What is covered? ZIPPER IS PART OF THE LUGGAGE! BOUGHT A $100+ LUGGAGE NOT A $2.00 DISPOSABLE BAG! LODGED THE CLAIM BEFORE 1 YEAR WARRANTY WHEN IT BROKE - DID NOT GET A REPLY DUE TO THEIR CHRISTMAS CLOSURE - NOW SELLER IS CLAIMING - "ITEM OUT OF WARRANTY DATE???
