We had a gas leak near the gas meter. Sven arrived at the agreed time & was polite & professional. Sven located the leak at the gas regulator & advised the gas company was responsible for replacing the pressure regulator. We asked Sven if he gave pensioner discounts & advised he would charge us nothing for his time & materials provided we kept him in mind for future plumbing requirements. It has been a pleasure dealing with Sven & we highly recommend Svens Plumbing.
