Absolutely outstanding service. We had coasters made of silicone so we can wash and reuse them. They look fantastic and everyone wants one! Working with Katie was very easy, the finished product exceeded our expectations and we proudly have them in use. We have plans for further merch to be made and we won't go past VMA Promotional Products for our next order. 10/10!
