absolutely rapt, i took some jewelery pieces in for quotes and even though they were obviously quite busy the lovely assistant saw i was a bit anxious about leaving a particular piece for the estimated two weeks,after speaking to the owner,he offered check it straight away if i could find something to do for a couple of hours,wonderful service i highly recommend this store(at either store)for their great service and prices.
