STAY AWAY. It has been almost a year and they didn't find our boxes and haven't called once.
We moved from Sydney to Perth in November 2020 and hired this company to safely take our belongings. It was a stressful moment as we had a 3 months old baby travelling with us in the middle of the pandemic.
Everything went well at the beginning as they were friendly and supportive. However, when they had to deliver our stuff, that's when the problems started. Boxes were missing, an entire box with our daughter's clothes, electronics, kitchens stuff and some sentimental stuff.
The management was never available, never picked up the phone or replied our emails. When we managed to finally speak to someone, they kept saying that someone else was looking after this, but this "person" wasn't ever in the office or was on holidays.
