I had to email to let you know that Brett has just finished the pest inspection at the house I rent and he made a usually annoying and inconvenient thing very pleasant .
Brett was very professional in his approach to the job he had to do.
I am a very confident person but in this day and age, it is a little worrying to have a person (of the male gender) who you don't know, come to your house .................the stories you hear !!
Brett's personality and demeanour put you at ease and made you feel safe.
Brett also took the time to answer any questions I had and explain what he was doing / has to come back and do.
