I sent a message through their website at 6.15am this morning when I found my dog in a mess. She had double sided tape everywhere, along with her whole coat matted. I received a call from Ruth as soon as they opened and they managed to fit Matilda in this morning! As it was only Matilda's second groom I was very nervous but the staff were all amazing. I have just collected my now fluffless baby girl, complete with a bandana. They were very understanding and have won my business! Couldn't be happier!
