What I appreciated about Steve was his lateral approach, the fact that he can suggest several ways of doing a job. He also lets the customer decide, a very friendly strategy. One feels included in the process.
I also appreciated the superior communication channels kept open at all times. The prompt emails and courtesy phone calls.
