One senior styler was an airhead who just tried too hard to be cool. She did a bad hairstyle which I had to immediately grow out, and was out to push selling me a GHD. 2nd senior was tired of the place and didn't want to think of what style suited, just wanted to be told how to cut. Most staff giggled and carried on like immature teenagers, not a professional environment. One of the owners of salon I wouldn't want to meet in a dark alley. They were obviously out to make money, not their reputation.
