He was changing the front door lock and while doing so thoroughly looked around in my home and asked if I live alone as if he was going to give info to some one to rob the place. It made me scared and felt very uncomfortable.

Receptionists are rude and unprofessional. There is a young woman who wouldn't even look at you let alone ask how she could help. The other one is a young man who after asking you what you want just does nothing and keep chatting with the young woman sitting next to him, i.e. completely ignores you. After waiting for half an hour I asked what is going on he assures it won't be long but does nothing. Eventually it turned out he did tell no one I was there and waiting. I had to ask a nurse to help me.
