I have visited three times in an attempt to do laps after work. Only one time successfully on a Saturday afternoon.

The other two times, squad has taken over the 50m pool with a single lane allocated to anyone not in squad. Both times that single lane was occupied by 5+ swimmers attempting to make do.

Staff at the front counter busy chatting, happy to take my money without informing me that there was only one lane available. Only offering me a voucher instead of a refund when I returned to the counter.

Such a wast of time, a poor customer/community member experience, and disappointing.

I’ll have to look further away to find a pool that hasn’t been overwhelmed with squad booking nearly all the lanes.
