Absolutely atrocious and incompetent. I had my vehicle booked in on three different occasions 6 week apart on each occasion, presumably waiting on the ordered part, and each time after turning up and waiting for over an hour, was told the part number was incorrect and to make another appointment, as there are no front drivers glasses available in the country and to contact Toyota. this is in North Parramatta.
