Horrible business to deal with. They advertise products that they cannot sell but take your cash for them. We have forwarded this store onto ACCC and consumer affairs to investigate their business practices. Even better is customer service rep [removed name] is quite rude and doesn’t listen to the customers point of view

Do yourself a favour, and stay clear of this organisation, they are rude, arrogant and unwilling to take responsibility for their vendor relationships.

When you question their integrity they get their backs up, and its only once you forward your complaint to Consumer Affairs and seek legal action against them to they even start to get the ball moving.

If I had my time over again I would have gone with [Redacted alternate business] at a slightly higher price and saved myself all the time and stress in dealing with Coldflow and Seeley International.

This has to be one of the worst organisations that I have dealt with, and the fact they try and shift blame even after a call to the ACCC has clearly stated that both Coldflow and Seeley International have broken the law.
