Very impressed with the relaxed atmosphere at this kindy. My oldest child had gone to a different kindy (see previous reviews from my profile) and I was adamant that my youngest son get a different experience.
The staff are very friendly and inviting, and the children are given more responsibility - they are asked to tick their own name on the role, hang up their own bag and put their own lunch in the correct place. The kids love this level of responsibility, and I enjoy the independence instilled.

Interestingly the kindy does not seem as chaotic as others I have been too. Sure, there are a lot of children doing different activities, but shouting, running and screaming (as I am used to at kindy drop off) are minimal at best.

Highly recommended centre.

I purchased a gorgeous metal necklace, and was very disappointed that on the first wear, part of it broke (wasn't doing anything strenuous either, just sitting at my desk!) I took it back to the shop along with my receipt (on Saturday) and explained to the person at the counter (who I found out later that she was the boss of the store) that I didn't want a refund as I do love the necklace, but could they please send it for repair as it is faulty.

Imagine my surprise and shock when I was given a convoluted reply about 'how their manufacturer only allows them a 7 day faulty goods refund allowance, and they had already checked the items at the office, so it is past THEIR timeline for reply to the manufacturer'. I was also given direction for someone who i excellent at repairing this kind of jewelry. I did state that it doesn't seem right for me to pay for repairs (hoping that this would trigger the memory of the shop person that this is not the correct response!) but she said that there was 'not much that they could do'!

I decided that I would give them a second chance to correct their mistake. I went back on Monday (2 days later) and explained my problem of the necklace being broken to a different shop person (whose name is Denise, and she was fantastic). She said that she would have to confer with the boss (who wasn't at the store at the time) on the next course of action, as she did not know what to do in this circumstance. I told her of the reaction that I received from her boss, and asked if she could leave her boss a message that I was very dissatisfied with the initial response that I received, and to make her boss aware that such a response was in fact illegal, as it was contrary to the Trade Practices Act. Denise was very forthcoming, took my details and confirmed with me that she would pass the message on for me, but also that she would discuss my comments with her boss personally the next time that she saw her.
I received a phone call the next day (Tuesday) from the boss asking if I still had the necklace, and I can just bring it in and they will 'sort it out for me'. This was done on Thursday, and I await with bated breath to see if it has been fixed, and if they try to charge me for it!

I mentioned Denise by name, as she was extremely forthcoming and friendly, and provided good customer service.

Nice to have another option to take the kids to. Prices are quite reasonable, and the people who work there are very nice.
Service for food is a bit slow, but as it's a new centre, I hope that this gets looked at pretty quickly.
There is a gift shop at the front - great place to stock up on birthday and Xmas presents.
Overall, very good.

It's so nice to know that there is an alternative to heavy chemical sprays and toxic pest control. I sell eco-friendly cleaning products, and felt that if I were to look at spraying for termite control, i would be going against my principles. They were very quite to quote, and the quote was quite reasonable. Everything was done very promptly, and in a very friendly way.

Very, very pleased. This store promotes a 'walk off the street' view, so no appointment was needed. The girl who did my cut was very nice, chatty and quite intelligent, so it was nice to have a lively and informed discussion. The cut was very cheap and I was very happy with it. Will definitely be coming back.

All I wanted was a new battery for my watch. This was done, but after the repair, the stopwatch wouldn't reset to zero. On taking it back and asking to have it repaired again, I was told I would have to pay to have their mistake fixed. I took my business to another jeweller, and won't be going back.

The best service and deals from the best sales people. I don't think I've had better anywhere. All effort is made to ensure that you get the best price, and that if there is an issue, the girls go the extra mile to make sure that you at least get an answer, if not a solution.

YUM! Need I say more? This shop has a fantastic range of hot nuts, bulk lollies, and has a huge range of American chocolates and sweets that are hard to get.

We go to this store at least 3-4 times a week. All the staff know us and our kids by name, and are so friendly. The food is always very fresh and of great quality, and is locally grown. I avoid going to the supermarket for fruit and veg, and instead go here.

When my husband and I were looking for some new mulch for our garden, this place was recommended to us. The recommendation was well worth it, as the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and the products were fantastic. As it's time to top up the mulch again, we know where we will be going.
