DSTORE.com is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY. re-packing defective equipment which has been returned to actual retail outlets who replace their customers defective items with ones that work or they're selling just plain knock offs. This is the only way dstore is able to offer such "great" prices and still turn a profit.

I didn't check any reviews of customers who had shopped at dstore, It came to mind after purchasing that I hadn't reviewed dstore.com.au so I quickly done a search and felt sick with what I read. ALL BAD!

So today my order arrived (Soul SL300 headphones by Ludacris $156.00AU down from $429.00AU) and I opened it up and it all looked pretty professional until I opened the accessories box and noticed energizer batteries - strange.
Set it up and only the faintest sound came through for a moment then went. Tried it on multiple devices. No good. When the noise cancellation was turned on a low frequency thump came on.

I called the number provided on delivery note 1800 DSTORE, an automatic answering service picked up, then I was transferred to one line, then another until a rude lady picked up the phone and just said back to me what I had just said the problem was, asked for my name, I said my first name. Then she said your number, gave it, she mumbled some sort of service team will call you. She didn't ask for any details like order number or product. I said "how long until" she cut me off and said I'll get them to call you and hung up on me.

Dstore online shopping Australia website is a SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from DSTORE. The address they provided me is different from one of the reviews I saw when I entered the business name and they similar matches came up so that's probably fake too.

And then I came accross this today:
