The place was a nightmare to find, not the address, but the entrance to the shop is around the back of a building, through a rabbit warren and up some stairs. We were uncomfortable the minute we walked in. We were made to undress and wait on mattresses on the floor, laughed at, left for 25minutes to wait, then had our bags searched before we finally decided to walk out, loosing our money and apparently not entitled to a refund. Now I am receiving text messages from them apologising for disturbing my hour?? WTF

First time was an unmitigated disaster, the food tasted like the tin tray it arrived it, the parmigiana could have been microwaved and the half handful of frozen vege's on the side were just gross.... far from the "freshest ingredients and a generous serving of it too." promoted on the website.
So I called up and complained, they offered a credit for a second order and asked for a second chance.

The second chance - a week later, we called and asked about the credit, which took a long time a lots of questions to even get it, then the really not all that nice, pizzas arrived cold an hour late and the driver didn't even know we ordered a drink.... Far from the "delivered FREE, smokin' hot to your door, we guarantee you will be satisfied!" advertised on their website. When I called to ask where the pizza was I was quickly told it had left the store and would be here soon, it was still 20 minutes later.... I don't know how they have stayed in business so long. I am disgusted and won't be going back.

SHOCKED at the bill, couldn't beleive it was so cheap. fiance and I share entree, main and dessert and drinks and it was less than $50 on V-day, not to mention the service was AWESOME and the food was super amazing!

The website advertises 11am til late, we arrived at 9pm and were rushed through our whole meal, to the point where we were ask 4 times if we were ready to order yet in the first 3 minutes being seated, when asked a few questions to clarify a promotion the waitress was impatient and rude. halfway through the meal our waitress disappeared and another waiter took over our table interrupting our main meal which we had just started to ask us to order dessert now before they closed the kitchen.... at 930pm (LATE?? wtf??) We refused dessert and tried to enjoy the rest of our meal, the waiter then proceeded to pace around our table for 15 minutes. Our 25% discount card was not honoured because the restaurant had made a mistake with the administration. I had to laugh or I would have been crying as we left the restaurant. If you was to chill out and relax and have a nice meal... this is NOT the place to go. It was aweful... the only thing is, the food, as usual was great... but not worth the trouble.

I got a large calabrese with anchovis and the guy cooked my calabrese and then tried to put RAW anchovies on top... YUK... he did not offer to remake the pizza as I had ordered it, so I had a crap pizza devoid of my favourite flavour. The garlic bread was great through, full of flavour. My cousin got the gluten free pizza and loved it.

Our mains were brought out one after the other, 30 minutes apart.... service was terrible, however the food was awesome, though not worth the price tag... I don't recommend it.

Great fast service. Fresh beautifully cooked fish with crunchie batter and yummy chips. You can always tell the oil is fresh from the gorgeous flavour of the food

I called and had the service the same day. They were fast and efficient. Great job
they steam cleaned my carpet in lounge/dining and hallway for $60.00. They moved all the furniture and put it back and removed any stains.

Really beautifull place, great atmosphere, friendly staff, definately recommend it to anyone for a nice coffee and cake and chat with a friend type deal...
