Recently I contacted Skyshade to get a quote for some shade sails over my swimming pool. I spoke directly to the owner of the business, Steve, and he immediately organised a time to come out and give me a quote. When Steve arrived (at the time he said he would) he explained exactly how he manufactured the sails in regards to the products he used and how the sails worked in conjunction with the sun at different times of the day etc so I knew exactly what to expect from the sails. He measured up the job and told me he would have the quote through to me ASAP. The quote arrived in my inbox the very next day. After going ahead with the quote the job was finished when promised and is outstanding. Even better than expected. The professionalism from Steve was refreshing. He left my backyard cleaner than when he arrived. My next project will be clear blinds for my pergola area to keep the rain out in winter and I will not hesitate in giving Steve a call for these aswell. Nice to deal with a professional that takes such pride in his own work and treats your "place" as well as he would treat his own.
